Idly - 4
Chilly powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 2 pinches
Oil for deep frying.
Method
1.Cut each idly into 4 quaters.
2.Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
3.Drain and mix the powders while the fried idlies and still hot
4.Serve with tomato ketchup
