Easy Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust[9"], Canned pumpkin-1[15 oz can], 1 sweetened condensed milk[14 oz can], 2 eggs, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 tsp salt.
Method
Pre-heat oven to 350*F. In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Then add pumpkin mix, condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Add the powdered spices and salt. Pour this mixture into the pie crust. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 275-300*F and bake for another 20 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean. Cool the baked pie. Garnish as desired and Bon Appetit!
