Ribbon Murukku
Ingredients
Rice flour-3 cups Dhalia split(Pottu Kadalai) flour-1 cup Besan(Kadalai Mavu)-1/2 cup Ajwai seeds(Omam)-2 sps Butter or Dalda- 5 sps Chilly powder, salt- For taste Water as required Oil for frying
Method
Take the Dhalia split & grind it to a powder. Seve all the flour & mix all the other ingredients to it. Add the butter or dalda to this powder & mix it well then add water to it & prepare a dough. Heat oil in a pan. In a Murukku maker take some dough & shape it in a dry plate & deep fry it. U can store it for a month in an air tight container.
