Method
SOAK URAD DHALL FOR ABOUT 2HRS AND THEN GRIND IT WITH SALT TO FINE PASTE. NOW ADD FULL PEPPER,CUTTED CHILLIES AND CUTTED COCONUT(PIECES)AND MIX WELL. MAKE SMALL FINE BALLS AND DEEP FRY IN THE HEATED OIL. SERVE HOT WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR SAMBAR. THIS IS VERY DELICIOUS AND FAMOUS IN SOUTH INDIAN COOKING.
