Pull out Cabbage leaves as whole, cutting off the thick ribs. Blanch the leaves in salted water for 1 min, few leaves at a time, just to make the leaves pliable. Drain and let it cool.
Stuff it with your choice if stuffing, roll from the rib end, folding the sides in. Steam the cabbage rolls and serve it hot. This is a delicious heathy, nutritous low-fat snack. Make a variety of stuffing, for an interesting variations.
