Hot Green & Red Chillies in Sauce
Ingredients
200 gms Fresh green and red chillies ( chopped up into little pieces ): 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil: 2 table spoons of Balsamic Vinegar: 3 table spoons of brewed Soya Sauce ( preferably, Kikkoman naturally brewed soya sauce ): 4 cloves of fresh garlic finely chopped (optional)
Method
Mix the above ingredients in a clean ceramic dish and keep covered with cling film for an hour before eating. Could keep 3 to 4 weeks in refrigerator.
