Add milk powder and condensed milk in a microwave bowl. Add 3/4th of the butter to it. Microwave it for 2 min. Then take it out and stir it well. Add the remaining butter and again microwave it for about 4 min. ( if the microwave is lesser watts then keep it longer ). The dish is done when the ghee seperates and could be seen at the top like a layer. Let it cool for a while before serving.
