3 NUTS CAKE.
Ingredients
100 gms. badamm ( 1/2 cup - badam ) 100 gms. pista m ( 1/2 cup - pista) 100 gms. cashew m ( 1/2 cup - cashew ) 500 gms. milk powder( 2 1/2 cups ) 1/2 cup milk 500 gms. sugar ( 2 1/2 cups ) 3 tablespoon ghee saffron to the need & Elaichi (100 grams - 1 cup)
Method
Grind all the three nuts and keep aside. Add milk to the milk powder. If there are any lumps in the mixture, grind it in the mixi. Saffron and elaichi to be added to this. Make sugar syrup with little water (by boiling it with little water. ( The sugar water should be very thick - 3 kambi paagu ) Once the sugar syrup is ready, switch off the flame. Put all the ingredients together and mix well. It will become a ball. Spread it on the greased plate and slice it. That's all the cake is ready. ( it becomes like a cake after it cools down )
