Peel the potatoes, cut into half, then lengthwise into thin strips. Place this in a bowl, toss with the oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 350*F. Place the potatoes on a baking pan lined with foil paper and bake for abt 40 minutes until brown and crispy. Shake once or twice during baking. Remove from oven when done and serve hot. Sprinke extra salt/pepper if required. This is a very easy and also cholesterol free recipe.
