Two whole chicken Brest,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,garam masala,all purpose flour,3 egg white,bread crumbs,oil to fry,salt to taste
Method
1.Beat all purpose powder and egg white and a pinch of salt together and keep it aside.
2.Take bread scrumb in a seperate plate to roll the chicken.
3.make the chicken breat flat to 1cm thick
4.sprinkle little chilli powder,pepper powder,garam masala and salt to taste.
5.roll this chicken and dip it into the eggwhite mix and roll it into the bread crumbs.
6.refrigirate it for 2 hr and deep fry it in oil until it becomed golden brown.
7.cut into flat rolls.Taste with hot sause.
