1)Boil the potatoes and smash it.
2)Grate the carrot and onion.
3)Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a tawa and add green chillies,ginger and onion to it.Keep frying till the onion turns light brown in color.
4)Add the grated carrot to it and fry till the carrot gets cooked well.
5)Add the smashed potatoes and peas.Add salt for taste.
6)Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice and pour over the fried vegetables.Finally add cilantro and curry leaves for smell.
7)Cut the brown portion of the bread and soak the white part in salt water.
8)Remove the excess water from the bread by keeping and pressing it in the palm.
9)Make small balls from the fried vegetables and place it in the middle of the bread.Make this into a round shape.
10)Deep fry it in the oil till it becomes golden brown color.
Eat it with coconut chutney or sweet tamarind chutney.
