Ingredients
moong dhal-1/4 cup grated coconut-2tsp lemon-1/2 green chillies-2 nos mustard seeds-1/4 tsp udad dhal-1/4tsp salt as required curry leaves few coriander leaves few
Method
soak moongdal in water for 1/2 hour and strain. now add grated coconut,chopped green chillies, salt and squeeze the lemon juice and pour over it. heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds and udad dhal and mix it with vadai paruppu. garnish with green coriander and curry leaves you can also add chopped carrot, cucumber and mango. it is very rich in proteins n good for health you can eat this, after food or before food also.
