Mix channa and rice flour together then add pepper [ grind it in blender coarsely], chilly powder, hing powder and salt. Add water and make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Take the laddu ladle and hold the wrong side facing u and rub the dough on the ladle holding it above the oil pan. Deep fry and u will get a tasty channa dhal karasev.
