Ingredients
channa dhal flour - 2 cups rice flour - 1/2 cup hing powder - 1 pinch pepper - 2 tablespoons chilly powder - 1 tsp salt - to taste oil - for frying
Method
Mix channa and rice flour together then add pepper [ grind it in blender coarsely], chilly powder, hing powder and salt. Add water and make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Take the laddu ladle and hold the wrong side facing u and rub the dough on the ladle holding it above the oil pan. Deep fry and u will get a tasty channa dhal karasev. recipe by zeenathul mufliha
