besan (channa dhaal) flour little more than 1/4 cup, 2 onions , salt, chilli powder to taste, oil to bind, 1tbsp rice flour.
Method
cut onions in to thin slender pieces mix it with besan flour and rice flour with little oil , salt and chilli powder. sprinkle water to the mixture. donot prepare like bajji maavu or dosa consistency. the flours should be just coated on onions. fry them in the cooking oil until golden brown.
