Mixed Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
Green/leafy vegetable of your choice - Carrot, Green peas, Turnip, Cabbage, Beans, Drumstick, etc - 2 cups Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp. (Optional) Black pepper - 5 to 6 tsps Water - 8 cups Corriander Leaves - finely chopped Salt to taste
Method
1.Pressure Cook all vegetables with Salt & little water for 5-6 mts 2.Grind cooked vegetables in a Mixer into a thin paste 3.Heat little butter in a pan. 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté. 5.Add ground vegetable paste, black pepper and salt (if required) and water as per required consistency, for 1-2 minute till it simmers. 6.Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
