Masala Vadai
Ingredients
Channa Dhal - 1 Cup Toor Dhal - 1/4 Cup Onion - 1 Coconut - 1/4 Sombu(Fennel seeds)- 1 tsp Green Chillie - 4 Red Chillie - 4 Coriander Leaves Curry Leaves Ginder - 2 inch Garlic - 4 Cloves Mint Leaves - 8
Method
Soak the Dhal's together for 1/2 an hour. Grind it with Salt. Grind Coconut, Ginger, Garlic, Mint Leaves, Sombu, Green Chillie, Red Chillie to a coarse paste. Now mix dhal and the masala paste together. Add onions, coriander leaves, Curry leaves. Remember the vada mix should be coarse. When you grind don't add water(Maybe little). Then heat the oil and fry the vada's. When done exactly this tastes great. Thanks.
