CHUKKU COFFEE –
Ingredients
Coriander Seeds - 100 gms Sukku (dry ginger powder) - 25 gms 1/4 cup of milk
Method
On low heat roast coriander seeds, add dry ginger & broil for further 2 mins. Remove from heat & leave to cool - powder & keep. Prepare coffee with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of powdered jaggery or sugar and 1 tsp of prepared powder. Boil until there is a good aroma. This can be had with or with out milk. If you want to add milk add 1/4 cup of milk. Even with out milk this is light in color.
