Ingredients
FOR THE DOUGH: Maize Flour 1 cup Maida 1 cup Oil 3 tsp Water to mix Salt to taste FOR THE FILLING: Bean Seed 1 cup Onion 3 Tomato 3 Chilli powder 2 tsp Garam masala 2 tsp Butter 3 tsp Coriander leaves 1 cup Tomato sauce 1 cup Chilli sauce 1 cup
Method
FOR DOUGH: Mix all the ingredient together to make a soft dough and keep the dough for atleast 2 hours. Divide into small portion and roll out into two very thin round. Prick on top and deep fry on hot oil. While the tacos getting fried and starts getting crisp fold into boat shapes and fry more till golden yellow color. Drain and completely cool and store in air tight container. FOR FILLING: Soak Bean seeds over night and pressure cook with water. Fry onion till pink color in butter. Add dry powder, tomatoes, bean seed, salt and butter. Cover and cook over slow fire until gravy thickens. Remove from fire when fairly thick. Stuff the filling in the prepared tacos. For topping - tomato sauce, chilli sauce, onion and coriander leaves
