Ingredients
1)valaipuu (plantain flower)(blanched and chopped)1 no 2)chenna dal 1 cup 3)patani parup 1cup 4)gren chilli 3 no fine chopped 5)asafoitedia little pinch 6)curry leaves chopped 7)coriander leaves fine chopped 8)whole cumin 1tspon 9)ginger 1 inch chopped 10)salt to taste
Method
Soak the dhalls for 1 hour in water.grind dals avoid to fine paste, add ginger, green chilles, asafoitedia curry leaves chopped 7)coriander leaves fine chopped 8)whole cumin 1tspon hing, salt with dal pste. Add chopped plantain flowes and makes small balls and deep fry in oil.served along with white cocnut chutney
