For outer cover: Maida - 1 cup, Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tbsp, warm oil - 2tbsp, salt, water
For filling : potatoes - 2, onion - 1, cashew- 10-15, ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp, green chillies - 2-3, peanut powder - 2 tbsp, turmeric powder - 3/4 tbsp, masala powder - 3/4 tbsp, red chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp, coriander leaves, lemon juice - 1 tbsp , 2 tbsp oil, salt

For filling: Boil potatoes and mash. Chop onions, green chillies. Heat oil in a pan, put green chillies, cashews and onions. After onions become translucent, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt. Then add mashed potatoes and mix well. Add red chilli powder, masala powder and mix well. Finally add peanut powder, lemon juice and mix well. Turn off the heat and add the coriander leaves.
For outer cover: Mix maida, salt, ajwain, oil and water to make dough. Then knead it like pooris. Then cut into two halves. Make cone with each half. Keep the filling in the cone and stick the open side together.
Deep fry this in oil till it is golden color.
Serve with tomato sauce, coriander chutney and tamarind chutney.
