Ingredients
rice flour 2 cups urad flour 1/4cup butter or 1/2 stick margarine hing a pinch salt as required
Method
step 1: take 2 cups of rice flour. step 2: to prepare urad flour take 1/4 cup urad dahl and slightly roast it.gring it in the mixie and your urad flour is ready. step 3: mix rice flour, urad flour, butter, hing and salt with little amount of water and make a soft dough. step 4: heat oil in a kadai step 5: place the dough in the thenkuzhal maker and press it into the oil. step 6: take it from oil when it is slightly brown.
