However you need to be engaged for that and should have met each other. We need photos of you together as proof. You have to wait for 5 years to avail that opportunity as he has to wait for 5 years to become a citizen. Hi. You are qualified and your experiences are genuine, mostly there shouldn’t be any issue in stamping. However as you have rightly said it is little riskier to get the stamping in India as you have changed the status from B-2 to f-1 and H-1. Marrying a nice girl there who can provide you with advance parole/LPR could help in this situation.
