aarem: 450 grams endral evvalavu -- like two 8 oz. cups? inth thokkai ethanudam saappiduvathu? idli/dosai? veekay: my thuvaiyal is almost like arun's; but I add few curriveppilai, one clove garlic, and 1/8 tspn cumin (seeragam) to his measurements. It has nice flavor. |
