Hey recently I made cranberry thokku. It is easy and tasty.

1.450 gms cranberry
2.half a cup corn oil
3.venthayam powder - 1 tbsp(venthayam should be roasted in an empty kadaai and powdered)
4. chilli powder - 4 tbsp (or according to your taste)
5. perungaaya powder - 1 tsp
6. salt - 2 tbsp.

First wash the c.b and put it in a glass bowl and microwave it for 2 minutes.

Take a kadaai and pour the oil and heat it. Now add chilli, venthayam, perungaayam and salt powder into it. Once fried add this to your cooked c.b and again mocrowave it for a minute. That's it. When I first tried I had put little chilli, so once again I fried chilli and added to it without M.Wing it. It tastes like our nellikkai oorgaai.

my thuvaiyal is almost like arun's; but I add few curriveppilai, one clove garlic, and 1/8 tspn cumin (seeragam) to his measurements. It has nice flavor.
