I have a feeling for long long time that... basically Tamilians have some INFERIORITY COMPLEX... I can quote many example for this 1. You take any tamil film... there are many chances for the Hero to be black... but no chances for the heroine to be black... Reason is Tamilians are seeing black as a 'inferior' colour and wanted to put medicine to their inferiority complex by keeping white heroine to a black hero.. If they think Black is not inferior then why cant they put black heroine? 2. I saw many tamilians in delhi and mumbai and even in my present country (UK) they always wanted to mingle only with other tamilians to speak in tamil... They know english very well but they want to avoid minling with other state and other country people.. Here also their 'Inferiority Complex' plays a vital role.. But always there are some exceptions 3. Next Hindi opposition... If tamilians really feel that Tamil is better language than hindi and Tamil can survive inspite of Hindi introduction... then no need to oppose Hindi at all... Tamilians are feeling inferior of themselves that when it comes to a competition of Hindi Vs Tamil, Tamil may loose so they want oppose hindi by putting Tar on Hindi words... this also a public display of 'INFERIORITY COMPLEX'.. this rediculous thing you cant see even in any other south Indian states 4. You can see openly a 10th passed Delhi guy will behave and speak more confidently than a Tamil Engineer.. So only Until now tamilians couldnt compete with north Indians in marketing field and business.. 5. So only Ambaanees, tatas and Birlaas are owners... ramanadhan, karthikeyan are their employees... Think.... why is it so? I accept that tamilians having great knowledge than northies....infact I too a tamilian... But where did this inferiority complex came from?? Tamilians are having inherent INFERIORITY COMPLEX programmed in their gene.. How many people are agreeing with this.... or differing with this.. Please make this as an healthy argument with valid points without abusing one another personally |

You need to protect minority because minority is weaker in strength. Hindi is most widely spoken and supported all over can definitely pose a threat to a "regional" entity called Tamil. ...Also, it is not true to say that TN is lagging in terms of development. In fact it is doing better than most other states with all the problems we have!!!. Some people try to make a propaganda to tarnish dk movement in TN. Just ignore them. |

If you want to say tamilians are not having inherent 'Inferiority complex' please kindly defend all my points.. Also TamilNadu as whole much developed state is unhidable fact... actually my debate is not that... Offcourse tamilians have great skills so tamil nadu must be in top.... But my queries are about their confidence... why until now no tamilians became a leader who have north indians under them... Let it be politics or Let it be business or Let it be Social organsisation.. Why we couldnt show much examples on tamilians like Ambani or Tata or Birla or Nehru or Gandhi or Ambedkar or Nethaji or Bajaj or Azim Premji? (You may show Anna / Kamarajar or Saravana Bhavan hotel annaachee but pls mind that their organisation/business is not in All India/Global level) |

Why the wear black when black is inferior color. In fact the white people like black very much! Black may not be the best color in some Color Kingdom with caste division. Who cares? The "Tamil" Tamils have good facial features and graceful look! I know even elephant color is changed to your color if you know what I mean! |

But why our Cinema Directors who are PAKKA tamilians (THEY DONT BELONG TO YOUR SO CALLED COLOR KINGDOM/CASTE DIVISION) .. want heroine as white? Why they dont want to put a black woman as heroine?? What I am saying is Tamilians are feeling themselves inside black as inferior colour even though they pretend outside as if they not... This is what called as 'Inferiority Complex' |

Posted At 11:39:51 08/09/2005 Directors putting white heroine is not because of inferiroty complex. Most tamil people will watch cinema only if you put super figure with good features and with reasonable amount of skin show. It adds to glamour if the heroine is white(fair). if you put attu figure, the producer will be bondi. that's the writing on the wall. That's tamil peoples taste. you cant blame inferiorty complex for that. Also i could not accept that inferiority complex is the reason for not producing leaders/industrialists among the tamils. Its their attitude problem. They dont believe a fellow tamil and prefer to work for a northie than a fellow tamil. So there are no great tamil leaders. |

Posted At 11:48:17 08/09/2005 Spark your answer itself having points supporting my view.. You have said Directors are taking movie for People's taste... That is again Tamil People's taste... So Tamil people liking only white skinned heroine... Because they are thinking white as superior and black as inferior... again it came to the same point.. WHY WHY WHY??? Why they are thinking black as not beutiful... even though black is dravidian's colour.. Still nobody convinced me with Tamilians not having inferiority complex... I defenitely feel that all tamilians have comparitively more inferiority complex than any north Indians... I have friends in both tamilians and North Indians and even foreigners.. I am practically seeing this difference. |

Saying that tamil girls are not available for the High paid Cine industry and all is not a practical one to think.. and now you want to deviate the subject of talking to another subject... and I couldnt understand your question really.. what you mean by changing elephant colour? how they can change elephant colour??? I never seen white elephant in my life (just heard that it is in Thailand) sorry I coulnt understand your question at all... and if you want to debate about this seperate topic please open a seperate thread... There were some dark tamil heroines too ( Saritha, Radhika, Radha, Archana.. to quote a few ) who gave splendid performances. But right now, Cinema is all about shedding clothes. So people from North are ready to expose as much as the director asks and they "adjust" a lot. So working with them is easier. They do a lot for the money paid. "2. Tamils will mingle with people of other countries and cultures very well except North Indians. Its because all other countries accept and respect other languages and culture unlike Northies who insist on poor Hindi. Maybe they interact with other tamilians well because its such a great language and its a pleasure to talk in that language. Also many countries speak tamil and its official language of india,srilanka,singapore and widely spoken in malaysia. "3. Next Hindi opposition... What is the need to write in hindi when nobody in our state doesn't understand it. Why dont you introduce English in North indian villages and everywhere so that english becomes a medium of communication within india and help india become a big economic powerhouse as english is the language of business.. Infact my engineering friend in North India doesnt even know what is a fibonacci series. So dumb in maths. I agree while the 10th passed guy you referred could have spoke confidently in Hindi i am dead sure that he wouldn't be able to speak even one sentence in english without mistakes. "5. It also means fraud, politics, cast influence etc. Ambani didn't reach this height thorough legal and moral ways. Ask your friends about it. Northies generally usurp government money and money from the poor. That is why eventhough there are a few very rich people you got whole lot of poor and downtrodden people there. Hope this clears you. I am in Canada. I can see how those hindi speaking people bring bad impression about India by portraying almost all indians as Gays. They dont hesitate to go to any extent to make easy money. |
