Monthly once go for a bleaching and for the black dots apply Vitamin-E oil continuously on the neck and the face. Also use Kadalai flour, Paasi seeds (Nurai Peerkaneai) make it as a semi liquid.  Paitham flour should be applied to the neck, this will make the mark fade away.

Wash your face with pure water four or five times daily.  You should not massage your face. Answer:
To avoid these marks try to prevent much sweat around your neck. Use powder every now and then. This happens because of the acidic ingredients used while making the gold ornaments. That is why these marks appear when we wear the gold ornaments, to avoid these the following methods have to be adopted:

1. Good quality powder should be used.
2. You must try to wash your neck thoroughly with soap.
3. The jewels have to be cleaned once in a week.
4. Avoid using irritating jewels.
5. Do not use heavy chains.

Home made is not advisable.  Use Johnsons product both oil and soap, give the baby a bath in warm water once in two days. Only above things, I can suggest for your baby. You will find the result quite satisfactory.
