2) All ads are accepted in good faith and Sysindia.com accepts no responsibility whatsoever regarding the bonafides of the advertisers, nor can any interviews be granted or correspondence entered into regarding any advertisement published.

3) Cancellations and alterations can be done before two working days of the scheduled date of the advertisement.

4) All advertising positioning/placement clauses or conditions will be treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed. We would like to inform you that many newspapers book their spaces in advance and we do not guarantee that your ad will be placed on the date you request, or the page you request.

5) If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Sysindia.com is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you hereby release Sysindia.com employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.

6) We do not guarantee any responses for your advertisement.

7) In case of any printing mistake due to technical errors, any amount of money paid for an advertisement by our customer will not be refunded. If such a case occurs, the very same advertisement will be republished in the next issue.

8) You understand that the charge includes actual advertisement cost plus our service charge

9) Unless otherwise specifically agreed by Sysindia.com and the advertiser, no cash discounts, volume discounts or other discounted rates will be available.

10) Sysindia.com reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to its users.
